Items with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange ONLY within 24 hours of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition unworn and unaltered.
There shall be no exchange or refund on DAMAGED products.
The cost of courier and handling charges for all RETURNS will be borne by the customer.
Please keep the invoice and certificate and/or guarantee card with you if you want to exchange or return a product without which processing the same would not be possible for us.
Schemes running at the time of initial purchase will not be valid at the time of exchange.
